19th century landscape oil painting
Oil painting is in what appears to be original carved wood frame. The canvas measures 19x25. There is an older repair in the top right hand corner. Please ignore the actual hole (damage) in the center as I am obtaining this appraisal due to the damage being caused by deliverymen being careless in our home today. I am unable to see a signature on the painting.

Thank you for your request. The presented object is a painting made in oil on canvas with the measurements of 19 x 25 inches. It depicts a rural landscape with a lake and a hut. No signature or monogram is visible. The painting was made by an not academical educated artist in the second half of the 19th century for decorative purpose.
The painting is heavily damaged. On request of the customer, this damage will be ignored in this appraisal.
An estimation would be between 50 to 100 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
