What does this mean?

Dear Peggy,

Thank you for your request. The presented object is a metal tray or plate with the measurements of 29 inches diameter. The tray is made out of a pressed brass plate which was carved in the details in a second step. Pieces like these were made as a souvenir in the last third of the 20th century in Persia and other Middle Eastern counties.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 50 to 100 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With best regards,
Georg
