Please clarify the timeline on this piece. If purchased in the year 1970 then it would now be 48 years in your store, correct? Are there any signatures on this anywhere?

I'm really not sure of the timeline. I have papers on him n will have to find them. I think they said he was made in Mexico. I will look for more info
