What does this mean?

Dear Stacey,

Thank you for your request. The presented object is a granite sculpture with the measurements of 12,5 x 8 inches. It depicts a walking man carrying an ax in the company of a dog. The sculpture is signed by Lydia Makwaza, which is an artist in the category of the Shona art in Zimbabwe. Her works are not represented on the secondary art market in the auction houses and her works are just sold by galleries.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 300 to 600 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With best regards,
Georg
