What does this mean?

Good evening, Mr. Lester,
Thank you for contacting Mearto for an appraisal of your American pine set-back cupboard, 20th century in the 19th century style, with some old and new elements. These cabinets are very useful and should be used as this will not diminish the value. It is likely that this was made in the 1930s or 1940s, possibly using older or reclaimed boards and old latches, handles and hinges. These are not particularly rare in the marketplace today, though there is usually minor demand, particular in rural areas where it has a very appealing "rural" or "country" look.
I hope this in formation is useful to you; please let us know if we can be of any additional assistance, and thank you again for using Mearto.
