What does this mean?

Dear Alice,

Thank you for your request. This is an armoire with the measurements of 219 x 152 x 48 cm. The armoire is probably made out of nut wood and was made around 1900. The inner parts seem to be made out of oak wood. It shows with the simple and clear arrangement of the forms a typical design of this time. The "signature" is a sign of the workers who made this piece.
An estimation would be between 600 and 1200 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With best regards,
Georg
