This is a vintage, late 20th century, kitsch home decor piece that is a life size, mold casted figure of a butler or male attendant dressed in 18th century colonial era garb and holding a tray. These were popular in homes in the 1980s - 1990's and usually placed at an inside entrance for holding keys and change. This is not a Disney sanctioned piece and does not trace to a Disney animated character. The closest match would be Grimsby, Prince Eric's butler from the Little Mermaid - however this is still not a match.
