What does this mean?

Dear Ann,

Thank you for your request. The apprised object is a mixed media artwork made out of dendrite stone and a bronze with the measurements of 34 x 24 inches. The bronze which is fixed to the dendrite plate depicts a sitting eagle. This artwork was made by Johannes Wilhelmus van Dartelen who worked and lived in Brazil.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With best regards,
Georg
