What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a faded offset print of the 1960s after a pastel by Edgar Degas "Danseuse serrant ses pantoufles". The acid in the backing cardboard and direct sunlight faded the colours and browned the paper. The offset printing technique is clearly visible, you will notice the tiny round dots. Unfortunately this reproduction print has a very modest value, if at all.
