What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a high back louis philippe reproduction furniture chair, with caned backrest and seat, the seat damaged. The impressed signature on the underside of the frame reads Ferdinando Agostoni Figli Cabiate. The city of Cabiate is in the center of the italian furniture production, and a number of manufacturer with that name are listed. Judging from the typography of the impressed company name, the chair in your possession was made in the 1960s or 1970s. Due to the damage the estimate is rather modest.
