Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The apprised object is a watercolor on paper with the measurements of 26 x 35 inches. The drawing depicts a landscape and is signed in the right corner with G. Holdsworth. This signature can be identified with the artist Gordon Holdsworth (1884-1965).
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 100 to 150 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
