This appears to be a Ruby & Diamond Cocktail Ring of possibly 18 Karat gold in a floral design, set with marquise cut rubies and brilliant cut diamonds of a total of 2 to 3 ctw. It is quite difficult to judge the cut, clarity and colour of the diamonds or whether the rubies are synthetic or not or treated or not. There is a high likelihood that these are synthetic rubies. If you should find tiny imperfections with a loupe they are most likely natural earth mined rubies and I could congratulate you to the high estimate value. You will have to show it to jeweler for a hands on inspection.
