from a bedroom set... dresser=39"H x 20.5"D x 42"W rocker is low= 17"W x 32"tall both have matching handpainting
it was my grandmothers (guessing it is from 20's-30's) Denver . (if it is older it was my great grandmothers from Ohio 1880's)

Greetings and thank you for calling upon Mearto to evaluate these pieces from your grandmother's suite, you were spot on with your assumption of the 1930s, well done! It has lovely painted details and she cared enough to have heavy glass made for the top.
The value is mainly in the dresser, the side chair is a nice bonus. Furniture can be a bit tricky because the cost of shipping can exceed the cost someone is willing to bid upon. That said, in a well published auction with items of similar quality, I would expect this piece to sell for between $150 and $300.
