What does this mean?

This is a vintage 23cm tall, early 20th century English pottery vase that dates to the 1930s. Though the name Tuscan Decoro may imply an Italian origin, the Tuscan Decoro line was produced by the R. H. & S. L. Plant Ltd of Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. The initials are for the founders, Richard Hammersley Plant and his brother Simon Lucas Plant which was established in 1898. The Tuscan Decoro line was produced from 1933 - 1944. Your ribbed baluster form vase is in the Art Deco style and is hand painted with violet flowers and forget-me-nots. The overall style was influenced by the works of English ceramic decorators Susie Cooper and Clarice Cliff. The estimate is based on actual past auction sales of comparables in the same style from the Tuscan Decoro line by R. H. & S. L. Plant Ltd.
