This piece is a lithograph after an original etching by Picasso which appears to be part of the 'Vollard Suite'. I am relatively certain that this specific image was actually published by S.P.A.D.E.M. in 1973.
While I can't be certain from the photograph (as I can't get a good close up image), the signature is likely 'in the plate' and the edition hand-numbered. This is common for this type of reproduction. If we took it out of the frame the S.P.A.D.E.M. publisher information is likely printed in the corner on verso. I recommend that you request the selling auction house to remove the piece from the frame and provide you with close up images of the 'signature' and the back of the image.
That said, examples from the Vollard suite published by S.P.A.D.E.M pop up regularly at auction and average between $80 to $110USD. Let me know if you have any followup questions.
