What does this mean?

This is an antique sideboard server from just about 1900. It is made in the Arts & Crafts manner. The wood is quarter-sawn oak. The construction is tongue and groove and mortise and tenon. The metal is hand wrought iron in the Spanish style. The face of the cupboard doors are hand carved in bas-relief vignettes of labor and harvest. This was likely produced in Scotland. The estimate is based on actual recent past auction sales of comparables.
