What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a photogravure print reproduction issued by August Scherl GmbH in Berlin after a painting by Max Friedrich RABES (1868-1944), inscribed "Kapelle in Oberbayern" ( small church in upper bavaria). Max Rabes was a painter and illustrator, his paintings are sold an offered at auction. In this case it is a very decorative reproduction and therefore of lesser value. The estimate is based on auction results for similars. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
