What does this mean?

This is a vintage 20th century one-of-a-kind hand artisan crafted 4 chair dining room set with side table and bar cart. It is constructed with burlwood. Since the wood has not been cut to traditional beveled and squared off forms it is referred to as 'live edge' furniture. Without a maker mark, label or tag on any of the pieces the craftsperson or team responsible for making the set cannot be definitively stated. There is a particular market and decorator - collector interest in hand crafted live edge furniture. The new upholstery does not negatively impact value, in fact, when done right it adds to the longevity of the set. The estimate is based on actual past auction sales and is for the entire set altogether.
