Presumably not genuine

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 20th century drawing on placemat paper, bearing a stamp "LE CHAT NOIR 1881 MONTMARTE PARIS" stamp. The pencil drawing is inspired by Matisse drawings, it bears a "H.Matisse 32" signature. This is of course a blunt fake for a number of reasons. Wrong paper, wrong stamp, poor drawing, wrong signature. Fakes have no value. There is no measurement for the sentimental you might attach to it. Try to return it to the seller.
