What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an early 20th century american kitchen hutch, clearly identified by the xylonite label as being manufactured by G.P. McDougall & Son Indianapolis. George P. McDougall started his furniture business in 1880 together with his brother, in 1895 his son joined the business. "The McDougall Idea" to produce innovative and ergonomic kitchen furniture can be noticed in the kitchen hutch in your possession as well. Similar is being offered and sold at auction. The estimate is based on similar furniture of the very early 20th century actually sold at auction. Prices in the trade are usually higher and can vary. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
