Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a screenprint in several colours after the Dali Lithograph from 1973. Salvador Dali (1904-1989) titled his lithograph "Monument to the Ideal Doctor" and the lithograph was published in an edition of 350. The print in your possession is a screenprint (not a lithograph) which is clumsily following the outlines of the original, it was hand signed by a forger and is numbered 78/300. A forgery has a decorative value only. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
