What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be an italian genre style painting from 1969, depicting an elderly man affectionaly holding a wine bottle, an elderly lady apparently quite happy with that. The painting bears the signature "Rossi", a stamped order number on the canvas and a date on the stretcher. This is very likely a copy after a painting by Eugenio Zampighi (Modena, 1859 – Maranello, Modena, 1944) by an unknown art student or talented amateur artist. The original painting of the "happy alcoholic" was very popular, printed on postcards and used in advertising. The estimate is based on similar paintings offered or sold at auction.
