What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a woodblock print depicting a winged mythical being, inspired by stone rubbings of Han dynasty reliefs of the pixiu 貔貅. This hybrid creature resembles a winged lion or tiger. Statues or paintings of this creature are meant to attract wealth to its owner according to feng shui beliefs. It was a thoughtful purchase during Deng Xiaoping´s reforms and one can assume the company made a good profit in China. The estimate is based on similar stone rubbings offered or sold.
