Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. Unfortunately, this coin is too corroded and worn to have notable value as it is virtually unidentifiable. Neither side resembles any Cleopatra designs of bronze coins during the time of her reign. Perhaps some better images might help in identification, but even so, with the surface quality, I wouldn't be able to place much value on this one.
