Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a set of reproduction prints after watercolours by John August GROTH (1908-1988). The offset printing grid is clearly visible. The title is misleading, it should read "reproductions of water colors". The estimate is based on similar offered or sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
