What does this mean?

This is an antique, late 19th century, Victorian era dated 1882 color lithograph print reproduction of the painting entitled Where Flora Stepped the Flowers Grew by British painter and illustrator, Valentine Walter Bromley (1847 - 1877). The print was published through the Artist's Art Union of London, which was a member subscriber group, established from 1837 - 1912, that encouraged and supported art collecting. For a yearly fee, subscribers could win prints, originals and eventually decorative art pieces through a lottery system. This print appears to be in very fine condition with still bright and vivid colors. The framing does appear to be later 20th century. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.

Is there very small fine print at the lower right and/or left of the image, in the margin, right below the image? If yes, please add clear, in-focus, extreme close-ups of the fine print.

The only other print is centered above the image, very small. I added the photo

Thank you, I have another print I will be posting for appraisal. Do you have any recommendation on the best way to facilitate a sale?

You are very welcome. Though it may sound cliche, the best platform for you to sell these is on Ebay. It is where the most potential buyers would first go to search for such items. You can also try listing on Craigslist, through a for sale forum group on Facebook or a local consignment shop. I do not recommend selling direct to a dealer, as a dealer will offer 10% - 30% of the lowest perceived value.
