The item appraised is a late 19th century, high-back Victorian settee with tufted velvet upholstery. The settee has curved arms, shaped apron, squat cabriole legs and a medallion back to center. These settees are quite common in the marketplace and the demand for them is fairly low. They frequently sell for under $100, but yours has a nice look and appears to be in good condition, so I would expect it to sell within the estimate provided, at a well-advertised auction.
