The item (the silver plate holder) measures approx 6" high x 3.5" wide. It houses three cut glass bottles with lids, cut glass salt shaker with silver plate top, cut glass pepper shaker with silver plate top, cut glass small receptacle (not sure what this is used for). There is no damage to any of the glass items. The metal is all intact. The base of the holder has four small, balled feet. The markings on the base read HA EA FA and then EPA, with the number 4182.

I inherited the item from my mother (who is now deceased) - I am also an only child and inherited various items. I remember it from being a small child (I'm 52 now!). I was of the understanding that my mother's grandmother gave it to her.
