What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese porcelain bowl with mirror black glaze, signed with a six character Da Ming Wanli Nian Zhi mark in a double circle. Both in the Kangxi and Guangxu era such high quality wujin glaze porcelains were made. Due to the perfect condition I would assume that this is a piece of the late Qing Dynasty around 1900. The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction.
