What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a lost wax cast statue of a Nepalese Tara, the female representation of Avalokitesvara. She is represented with a high crown and one ( of two ) lotus blossom flanking the left shoulder, one lotus blossom missing, on a lotus base, patinated, partly polished off. Possibly cast in the 20th century using traditional techniques. As always "asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
