Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a nodule embroidered chinese fragrant purse or pouch, decorated lotus and flower design, tassel, knots, a faux (?) calabash shaped bead or pearl, some wear to the folds, embroidery intact. The purse in your possession is a fine example of chinese needlework, the damages are consistent with age. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction.
