What does this mean?

This appears to be a rather modern in mold blown chinese glass vase, of transparent turqouise colour, etched and cut and spray painted, design depicting a bird on a branch. Various etched seals for decorative purpose only. Very similar or near identical vases have been sold or offered at auction. The estimate is based on auction results.
