Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be ivory or mammoth tusk carving of recent Chinese production.
Due to recent regulations the trade of ivory has become illegal in most States of the USA. Therefore the value would be purely decorative. If you can provide a certificate that this is mammoth tusk ivory the estimate would be near the high estimate.
