The listed value is the one of today for one gram only. You would have to multiply this amount by the weight. There is a small increase in value expected in the near future, but you can never be sure. Compared to the gold value of the 1990s this precious metal is rather overvalued. The value of the figaro chain in your possession is identical to the current precious metal value. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
