Presumably not genuine

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a 20th century replica print on mottled yellowish paper. Such reproduction prints were sometimes issued as "collector editions". A genuine 1838 $10 NEW YORK Loan Company note would sell in the range of 30-50 USD depending on condition. The paper of the genuine notes is much thinner and the ink signatures usually "bleed" through to the backside.
This piece of paper would have a sentimental value only. In some ways it could be regarded a fake, though not a historic one. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
