Old coin with markings

Description
2 mm width/ 2 2/3 mm in size , hieroglyphics on front ,marking on back side.two different types of metal . I’ve kept it for years always wondered if it was an anti artifact . Perhaps I’m crazy but one never knows. Found it in a sack of old pennies my neighbor gave me for picking his weeds. It’s been in my Curial cabinet for more than 20 years
