Dear Robert,
Thank you for your request. This is suede shaw. The fabric is painted by hand and at the edge, additional glass pearls are attached. This piece is signed on the label probably by "Van Amrinio" and dated with 1985. Sadly there is no designer with such a name mentioned in auction result lists or similar databases.
An estimation would be between 200 to 400 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
