What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese cloisonne enamel vase of the 1930s, most likely manufactured by Ando Cloisonné Company 安藤七宝店 founded by Ando Jubei. These vases were made in central Japan according to western tastes and exported to Europe and the United States.
This vase seems to be in good condition. The estimate is based on similar sold or offered at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
