6 inches tall, blond curls , dark eyes looking left, (or right depending on how you look at them), made of bisque. Back says Made in Japan. Rubber band hooking arms together had to be replaced. Needs adjusting.

Probably originated in Illinois. Don't know exactly who it belonged to.
